A reply from Lindsey Graham on Medical Marijuana

Folks, I've asked Senator Graham of SC to make Medical Marijuana legal. This man is in charge of what you can take for your illness. If your dying of Cancer, have AIDS, or have Crones disease or Multiple Sclerosis. Whatever your illness is. You know the severe pain you are in and you know what works for you. This man is the most insensitive man I know. As a closet homosexual, playing the life time bachelor, i find it offensive. Not him being homosexual, but him treating gay people like they are evil and bad when in fact he is gay. Do you really want a person that is such a deceitful person making up the rules for you?
Here is what he wrote to me when i asked him to at least deregulate the drug and let the doctors decide what is good for a patient, not a Senator. He is not God.
If he wants to be so obedient to the law, then why is he breaking it?
He wants to put the DEA all over Marijuana and put good people in jails for an herb?? That God made, not him. He is good at acting, perhaps hollywood is a better place for him. Anyway, here goes the letter i received today:
Dear Debra,
Thank you for contacting me with your thoughts on medical marijuana. I appreciate the opportunity to hear from you on this issue.
In general I do not support decriminalizing illegal drugs. I support enforcing our current laws relating to the purchase, distribution and consumption of illegal substances. At a time when illegal drug use remains unacceptably high among our nations teenager's, the federal government must do everything possible to discourage their use. Marijuana is a dangerous substance that can have a detrimental effect on the health of anyone who uses it.
the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has issued its final rule on tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) clarifying that it shall be classified as schedule 1 controlled substances, making THC which is included in the composition of marijuana illegal.
You may be aware that the Supreme Court is United States v. Oakland Cannabis Buyers Cooperative was in unanimous agreement of this matter. Their decision held that there is no medical necessity defense against prosecution under the federal Controlled Substance Act. This law prohibits the cultivation, distribution, or possession of marijuana. I support the Court's decision on this matter and believe marijuana should remain a controlled substance.
Finally, Attorney General Eric Holder has announced that the justice Department will not prosecute purveyors of medical marijuana provided they are in compliance with state and local laws. I do not support this policy, as i feel it is tantamount to federal legalization of medical marijuana and creates an inconsistent federal enforcement policy between states.
Thank you again for contacting me. if i may be of any further assistance. Please do not hesitate to call on me.
Sincerely
Lindsey O. Graham
United States Senator.

Okay so that was his response, he didn't address the facts i pointed out to him, that medical marijuana works. That 14 states now have it legal and two more, one of them being John McCains state of Arizona are in favor of it.
The first State, Alphabetically that it is legal is Sarah Palin's state, ALASKA.
I thought this was a free country, but you don't know how much freedom you don't have.
It's in the hands of some small minded politicians. I only pray to God, that The Senator is struck down by one of these horrible illnesses and then knows the relief that marijuana gives, that he took away from so many sick people. I hope he enjoys his Alcohol and boy toy tonight. Sleep Tight Senator. It's time you get the boot. You are small mined and care more about rules and regulations then human beings lives. you and Sanford are a pair.

A reply to Health Care

This is a letter I got today from our great BS leaders voice

Democrats and Republicans agree -- the health care status quo isn't working for the American people.

Health insurance is growing more and more expensive by the day. Too many of us can't afford it -- not middle class families, not businesses, not the Federal Government. Insurance companies have too much control over health care decisions that should be left between a patient and their doctor. They freely ration care based on who's sick and who's healthy; who can pay and who can't.

On both sides of the aisle, we all agree that if we do nothing, the problem will just get worse. Now, after a long and wrenching debate, it's time to make a decision. Yesterday, President Obama called on the United States Congress to cast a final up or down vote on health insurance reform in the coming weeks and pledged to fight for it every day until that happens.

Watch what the President said yesterday and learn more about what's at stake

Below is my reply to those bastards:
